The Welsh prospectus needed to be designed as an individual resource while keeping with the look and feel of the English version. 

Not only must it be translated as a Welsh version of the English, it needs to be a stand alone prospectus aimed directly at Welsh speakers. It included new pages and new courses which must be individually designed, and not differ too far from the English prospectus.
